training style

These programs incorporate strongman, weightlifting, crossfit, and bodyweight movements. These are a progressional guideline building up in “difficulty.” AMP’s workouts are strategically built to target a specific muscle group or burn your lungs. After purchasing the program, you will see that we incorporate certain terms like, AMRAP (as many reps as possible), EMOM (every minute on the minute), or RFT (rounds for time).

The terms above are explained in the program on why they are utilized. Difficulty does not matter here. In the program we explain how to tailor it to your needs. This is to create longevity in your fitness journey and explain why you get so bored with your fitness. THIS IS WHAT SEPARATES US FROM OTHER COMPANIES.

EQUIPMENT

The equipment used is in our programs are in your standard gym. We recommend having a space that allows you to setup mutliple pieces of equipment in an area and not having to traverse through an entire gym. Not ideal, BUT WE’VE DONE IT. See below for examples of equipment, SUBSTITUTES exist in the programming.

You, dumbbells, barbell, squat rack, bench,  pull up bar, sandbags (best piece), sled, rower, stationary bike, and a workout vest (second best piece) to name a few….

We recommend utilizing the application, “Classpass” (no affiliation), for access to open gyms that provide the equipment and no hassle.
